Friday 19 June 2009 Afternoon / Evening

• A reception tent will be manned by Yorkshire coast from mid-afternoon onwards.
• Badges and tour information will be available for collection.
• Informal music session at the camp site.

Saturday 20 June 2009

• Dance tours by bus to various locations around Scarborough, Whitby, Filey and Robin Hoods Bay
• Free tea and biscuits on return to the camp site
• Early evening dance workshop at the Spa - details to be arranged
• 8.00 - 12.30 Ceilidh and caller - the best ceilidh ever
• Also alternative music & dance session

Sunday 21 June 2009

• Showcase dancing along the seafront 
• Presentation of the Gordon Crowther memorial staff
• Procession to the Spa
• Massed Dorset Fourhand Reel on the beach
• Informal dancing outside The Spa
• Shirley's birthday ceilidh
• Shuttle bus to return you to the Camp Site
